Consumers buying at a distance normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal after receiving the goods. We provide withdrawal information, the withdrawal form and practical return details, including return costs, before you enter into a purchase agreement. Making a product to order does not automatically remove withdrawal rights.

Statutory rights for defective goods also apply. For returns, withdrawal or complaints, contact post@modernetre.no with your order number if available.
